Meet the Artist
Dominik Breig
1993, Offenburg, Germany
Originally from a small village in southwest Germany, I now live in Vienna. My journey into art restarted recently when I rediscovered my passion at an afterparty, where materials were freely available to experiment with. Since then, black and gold leaf have become my primary colors, complemented by vibrant accents that add depth to each piece.
My subjects range from animals – especially birds and owls – to human figures and abstract forms. I often work on multiple artworks simultaneously, returning to each piece sporadically as inspiration strikes. New ideas or techniques drive my creative process, which I love to explore through experimental methods. My art celebrates spontaneity and the playful interaction of structure and color.
